Our congregation is multi-generational and represents people from many different places in life. We cherish our aging brothers and sisters as much as we do the boisterous young families, and everyone in between.
We meet together for worship each Lord’s day in the sanctuary on the second floor of our church building. We have ushers ready to greet you as you arrive.
Our worship services are grounded in a traditional focus on the preaching of the Word of God, the administration of the sacraments (baptism and communion), and prayer. We aim to make our services full of reverent joy. After a few brief congregational announcements, our service begins with a Scriptural call to worship. We then pray, sing, and confess the faith together. We sing hymns from the Trinity Hymnal (which contains music from all ages of church history) as well as God-glorifying contemporary songs. The sermon is typically about 40 minutes long and is expository in nature (i.e. we simply preach our way through each passage of the Bible). Every other week we celebrate the Lord’s supper.
We happily welcome your children into our worship services. We offer a children’s service option for those who would like to take it, but it warms our hearts to hear the cooing and fidgeting of your little ones. God sees them as precious and so do we.
If you are not a Christian, we want you to know you’re welcome to join us. We strive to make the teachings of God’s word clear for people in all places of life.
